This document outlines the terms and conditions governing use of products and services provided by Education Teknoloji A.Ş. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using our services.

Purpose and Expected Use of Materials

• Our services provide customised model examples, sample works, and materials intended solely to inspire, demonstrate proper formatting, and illustrate academic conventions for your students original work.

• Providing students to submit or use the work we provide to tutors as the students work verbatim as your own is strictly prohibited, constitutes plagiarism, and violates these terms.

• You must verify that your institution permits the use of services like ours for guidance purposes and determine if references are required for your jurisdiction prior to ordering.

• You represent that you are ordering services from a region where our products are legal.

• We are not liable for any improper or unethical use of materials that violates your school's academic policies. We make no claims or warranties regarding the suitability or eligibility of our services for your specific needs or situation. You agree to use our products at your own discretion and take full responsibility for understanding and adhering to your institution's policies.

• We strongly condemn any form of plagiarism, cheating, or academic dishonesty. We reserve the right to deny services to any individual or institution we suspect of using our products in violation of these terms.

Quality Standards and Alterations Policy

• We aim to deliver model works that match the grade level standard (e.g. 2:1 Upper Second Class, A-, 75%+ grade) and subject/topic parameters specified in your confirmed order and guidelines. However, we provide no guarantees with respect to actual standard of work or outcomes.

• You may request alterations or revisions within 10 calendar days of the completed delivery if you believe the product does not substantially meet your original specifications. Any requests for alterations beyond the initial scope will incur additional fees on a time and materials basis.

• Our guarantees and claims relate only to the quality of delivered model works before any alterations or revisions. We make no claims or assurances that a model paper would be in the grade standard delivered. Our products are not intended for tutors to provide students for submission and this would violate our copyright and these terms.

Order Cancellation and Refund Policies

• For custom model writing services, you are obligated to pay the full quoted order total once a writer has been assigned and work has begun, even if you later request to cancel the order. We operate on a strict no refund policy.

• Refunds are solely at the discretion of Academia Associates management in cases where we are unable to deliver the ordered product or service for unforeseen reasons or circumstances.

• All services, like proofreading or editing or material creations require writer availability. We will initiate the work within 72 hours of order confirmation whenever possible. If we are unable to assign your order after 72 hours, you are eligible for a full refund of any amounts paid.

Privacy, Confidentiality and Copyright

• All personal details provided to us are kept in strict confidentiality. Your personal information is never shared with any external parties whatsoever unless required by direct court order. We take extensive measures to protect data privacy.

• All model works, sample materials, essays, and documents delivered by Academia Associates remain the copyrighted intellectual property of Academia Associates. Our products may not be reproduced, resold, copied, edited, redistributed or displayed elsewhere without prior explicit written permission from management. Violators may be prosecuted.

• We treat all client information, specifications, instructions, and communications as fully confidential. We do not share, discuss, or disclose client details with external parties unless legally required in extreme criminal circumstances.

Disclaimers and Limits of Liability

• Academia Associates is never liable for any improper or unethical use of our model materials that may violate your institution's academic policies. We disclaim any liability resulting from misconduct and recommend confirming policies.

• We are not responsible or liable for any damages, claims, quality impacts, or losses due to late delivery of model works or failure to meet deadlines. You assume all risks related to timely completion and delivery.

• We are not be liable for any factual inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in reference materials, model works, sample papers, or documents delivered. However, we may provide discounts or revisions to correct substantial issues at the company's discretion.

• We make no guarantees regarding any academic outcomes, grades, or qualifications attained from using our materials appropriately for their intended purposes. Our products serve strictly as model examples, not substitutes for your original work.

• Our services constitute academic assistance and should not be construed as professional advice or subject matter expertise. Customers use our products at their own discretion.
